The V-BP12-LCD is designed and assembled for long life using the highest quality components available. It has approx. 80% of full charge when purchased. Prior to first use or after 3 or more months of storage charge, battery for 25% of full charge time. The cells have a rated life of 150 to 2000 uses. The life you get depends on the depth of discharge, proper storage, and correct charging. This battery has no type of memory effect. In fact if used partially and then recharged its life goes up significantly. A battery discharged 100% per use will provide 300 charge/use cycles, 50% per use 800 cycles and at 30% per use 1000 to 2000 cycles. If storing the battery for extended periods, store at 40° to 65°F (10° to 20°C). Charge within 24 hours after every use. A partially or fully discharged battery can deteriorate during extended storage. Both overcharge and undercharge can affect battery performance. Undercharging repeated times can cause a permanent loss of run time. Severe or repeated overcharging can shorten battery use cycles and can sometimes cause lower capacity.

CHARGING (with specified charger)

1. Use only specified charger that comes with the battery.
2. Do not operate the monitor while charging (disconnect the battery from monitor).
3. Plug charger into AC outlet & into battery pack.
4. This battery can run LCD Monitor for approx. 1 hour and 20 mins. The monitor will run at full capacity by using 75% of battery. Charge time for a 75% discharged battery is 5 hours. If battery is less than 75% discharged, determine the extent of discharge and adjust charge time accordingly. The monitor will stop running after 75% of the battery has been used up. If this happens, disconnect the battery from the monitor and recharge for 5 hours. Do not charge battery for more than 7 hrs.

3 month warranty: Marshall Electronics warrants this product against any defects in materials or workmanship for 3 month from the date of purchase. Marshall Electronics assumes no responsibility for / and this warranty shall not cover any incidental and / or consequential damages arising from any defect in this product or in its use.

PROPER BATTERY ATTACHMENT (At the back of monitor)
This battery comes with a Velcro for easy attachment and removal of the battery from the monitor when not in use. To attach Velcro simply peel off the plastic strip then attach it to the battery, peel off the other plastic strip and attach the battery to the monitor, as shown here on the V-LCD4-PRO:
