The Marshall VSC-DX Series of Computer Workstations has been carefully designed to compliment our IPTV (Internet Protocol Television) Encoders, Decoders, and Cameras.
This Certified solution is optimized to take full advantage of the Marshall VMS (Video Management Software) that is supplied with your Marshall IPTV Product.
It also supports and is optimized for the Marshall NVR (Network Video Recorder).
The Workstation features Mid-Tower/Rack Mount Chassis, Dual Intel Xeon E5-2600 Series Processors using Sandy Bridge LGA-2011 Technology, DDR3 1600MHz Memory, PCI-E 3.0 Expansion Slots, and USB 3.0.
A "RAID 5 Drive Array" is featured in the VSC-DX-02(R) with 5x Seagate Pipeline 2TB Drives, hosted by an On-Board Hardware RAID Controller. It provides 8TB of Useable Storage. Any one of the 5 Drives in the Array can fail without loss of Recorded Video.
Simply replace the failed Drive and the Array will re-build itself back to a protected state.
The Combo Chassis can be ordered as Tower (VSC-DX-01) or Rack Mount (VSC-DX-01R), but we also supply a kit for free with your purchase so that you can convert it to the other form factor in the future.
